The Role and What You’ll Do:

The Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the business leaders of IMG Models. Demonstrating independent judgment, as well as the ability to interface with senior level business leaders and their teams the Assistant can anticipate problems and proactively identify solutions. The Assistant will also have the ability to effectively navigate social media platforms, as well as expertly handl e the shifting needs and demands of the clients, senior business leaders and their teams.

• Act as gatekeeper; screen incoming calls in a timely professional manner and route accordingly.

• Prepare correspondence for executives.

• Research industry related items for presentations and proposals.

• Update portfolio log and models booking chart.

• Weekly updates of client calendars.

• Manage heavy email activity, scheduling calendar appointments, and coordinating meetings.

• Coordinate and manage senior business leader’s travel schedule.

• Assist with execution of projects or specific stages of projects as assigned . T rack progress and results when necessary.

• Prepare and submit travel and entertainment expense reports in a timely manner .

• Additional ad-hoc projects as assigned .

You Have These:

• 1-3 years’ experience assisting a senior level executive.

• High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

• CRM and SAP experience a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy.

• Detail-oriented and proactive.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum:
$18.75 hourly

Hiring Range Maximum:
$25.00 hourly
