High's Car Wash Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash location(s) including service management, preventative maintenance, and project coordination/development to ensure that the goal of car wash uniformity, efficiency and profitability are achieved. Leadership and excellent communication skills as well as a hands-on team player approach, is required. This role is at our Owings Mills, MD, High's Store.
Responsibilities: - Assistin managing relationships and project performance with vendors and/or subcontractors.
- Coordinate and execute promotional efforts for multiple car wash locations ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for quality controls per site, assessing each one's profitability by documenting factors that adds value, or detracts from value creation; must provide contributing factors solution where applicable.
- Establish, perform, and manage preventative maintenance schedule and scope of work for car wash site(s); must conduct quality, safety, and performance assessment and solutions.
- Support Carroll Clean Car Wash Member Programand grow membership base.
- Train staff and/or team members when it is applicable to the operations and functionality of the car wash.
- Oversees project execution with regard to customer satisfaction, schedules, quality and risk.
- Time management skills to effectively prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and be willing to work within the business units at any level to assist and looks for opportunities to work more efficiently and effectively and provide back-up support as needed.

Qualifications - Minimum of 2years of managerial experience in the car wash industry.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Applications mainly Outlook & Word; will provide applicable training where needed. Must elevate to adept user.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards.
- Great attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, disciplined, fast learner, and mastery skills with attention to details.
Working Conditions: - Convenience store with Car Washenvironment.
- Exposure to petroleum and wash chemicals.
- Operators must be able to work outdoorsand in inclement weather, if needed.
- Ability to travel, if needed.
