Position: Chat Support Agent
Location: United States (Remote)
CityGreen Services is a leading provider of eco-friendly services and products for homes and businesses. We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Chat Support Agent to join our growing team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide them with exceptional support via online chat.
Pay: $31.45 - $33.45 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers through online chat to provide high-quality support and troubleshoot any issues they may have.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize troubleshooting techniques and product knowledge to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about new features and updates.
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat-based environment.
• Excellent written communication and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience with customer service software and CRMs.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of eco-friendly products and services is a plus.
