We're seeking a dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as Clinical Director and Lead Provider , guiding both patient care and clinical leadership as we continue to grow.
This is initially a part-time position (3 days per week), with the opportunity to transition to full-time in the first year.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Clinical Provider : Serve as the lead NP/PA, working closely with the Medical Director and clinical team (MAs, office staff) to foster a collaborative, positive, and team-oriented environment.
- Patient Care & Continuity: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care under physician supervision - including new consults, ongoing management, and development of personalized care plans.
- Hormone Optimization : Evaluate and manage patients with low testosterone, and under the supervision of our Medical Director, prescribe and administer evidence-based Testosterone Replacement Therapy.
- Men's Sexual Health Treatments : Deliver and oversee therapies for Erectile Dysfunction (including Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimix, and prescription medications).
- Integrative Therapies : Manage treatment plans for weight loss, peptide therapy, and vitamin optimization to support men's health and longevity.
- Procedural Skills : Administer intramuscular and PRP injections with precision and patient safety in mind.
- Clinical Growth & Leadership : Play an active role in growing patient census, mentoring MAs, and supporting clinic operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in care delivery.
- Lab Oversight : Support laboratory operations by ensuring quality control, proper equipment calibration, and accurate reporting.
- Compliance & Quality : Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and professional regulations while promoting best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to expand the clinic's impact and services in the community.
- Patient Advocacy : Address patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to building trust and long-term relationships.
Training & Clinical Development
We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow. You'll receive hands-on training and support in the following areas:
- Testosterone Optimization : Evaluate patients for low testosterone and, under physician supervision, prescribe and manage therapy to restore healthy hormone levels.
- Peptide & Vitamin Therapy : Gain experience with evidence-based protocols to support longevity, recovery, and performance.
- Erectile Dysfunction Solutions : Learn advanced treatment modalities, including ESWT (shockwave therapy), PRP, Trimix, and prescription options.
- Weight Management : Develop personalized weight loss and metabolic health plans tailored to male patients.
- Consultative / Concierge Medicine : Practice relationship-based care in a modern, patient-focused setting.
- Education & Licensure : NP or PA degree from an accredited program, with an active California license in good standing.
- Clinical Experience : Minimum of 3 years of practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Prior experience in urology, endocrinology, men's health, or primary care is strongly preferred.
- Certification : Active DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration.
- Professional Standing : No current or pending malpractice lawsuits or disciplinary actions.
- Patient Care Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships in a concierge-style practice.
- Leadership & Growth : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to clinic growth. Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
- Practice Setting : Comfortable working in a men's health environment with a focus on testosterone optimization, sexual wellness, and related therapies.
- Concierge Experience (Preferred) : Background in concierge or private-pay medical settings is desirable but not required - we provide full training and support.
