We are seeking a talented and driven individual to fill the role of Experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, including property owners, investors, and tenants.
• Identify potential commercial real estate opportunities and evaluate properties for their suitability and investment potential.
• Conduct market research to analyze current market conditions, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Advise clients on real estate investment strategies, property acquisition, disposition, and leasing.
• Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with property management, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market developments.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a commercial real estate broker.
• Proven track record of successful commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM systems, and other industry-related software.

License/Certification:

• Valid Florida real estate license (required).
