What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate existing and future problem spaces to ensure universal and de-duplicated Security solution development
- Build playbooks and process channels to facilitate security scaling across multiple dimensions
- Manage multiple Security portfolios and workstreams using Agile best practices, including planning and reporting
- Lead vendor selection and performance management to ensure high-quality delivery
- Select appropriate security metrics to measure portfolio success and analyze data for trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in program management and 3+ years in cybersecurity or information security
- In-depth experience with project and/or product management methodologies such as Agile or PMI
- Proven track record of making risk-based decisions using data analysis
- Experience influencing and aligning a diverse stakeholder base, including executive leaders and technical teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISM or CISSP
- Project management certifications related to Product Development, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experience with proprietary systems and driving complex cybersecurity projects
- Background in managing projects aimed at improving cybersecurity operations and compliance
- Proven ability to develop efficient cybersecurity/information security programs that meet regulatory compliance
