Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch locksmith technicians to service calls and installations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and vendors.
• Monitor job progress and update customers with ETAs.
• Maintain accurate records of all service requests, work orders, and job statuses.
• Handle incoming calls and assist with basic customer service inquiries.
• Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize urgent service calls.
• Use dispatching software to manage workflow and optimize technician routes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Prior dispatching or scheduling experience (especially in a service industry) is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and dispatch or scheduling software.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of locksmith or security industry is helpful but not required.
