Position Description

As a HVAC Project Manager/Estimator you will be responsible for leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting clients’ needs and commitments. Project Managers are responsible for the profitable execution of assigned project deliverables with a strong focus on client retention.

Project Managers/Estimators are responsible for subcontract management and negotiations, Vendor PO’s and tracking equipment, scheduling, change order management and pricing, estimating large projects, trade-subcontractors proposal qualification, close out document preparation, punch list review and assisting with day to day correspondence, job meetings and request set by the project owner. The manager will also adhere to all company safety standards, as well as, following consistent and repeatable management procedures and processes.

The following qualifications along with individuals previous work experience will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants:

• A minimum of (5) years prior HVAC project management or mechanical P.E. experience
• College degree in engineering or construction (preferred)
• Detailed knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong financial and business acumen and a history of running projects on time and on budget
• Professional image
• Excellent logistics, communication and management skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work with multiple disciplines
• Proactive approach
• Team oriented

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
