Position Summary: Under the direction of the Creative Operations Manager, the Junior Graphic Designer will create visual solutions to communicate the firm's brand and key messages. They will apply design background and commercial awareness to conceptualize and design various media and formats while upholding the firm brand identity and design guidelines. Duties & Responsibilities: Design multi-channel marketing collateral, including event invitations, thought leadership pieces, pitch materials, promotional campaigns and internal communication pieces Image research and AI-based visual creation Remain abreast of technological advances in design and AI tools, and implement them to enhance the firm's design services and web presence Support with ideas and execution of one-off branded campaigns such as annual partner retreat or summer associate targeting Stay up to date with social media trends and support with ideas for promotional campaigns targeting different demographics Day-to-day support of branded merchandise and online store Qualifications: Education: College degree preferred, preferably in graphic design or comparable field Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, print and/or web or video production Strong design school portfolio Skills & Abilities: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, PowerPoint, Word proficiency Social media design and video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) Image sourcing and AI tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) Highly organized, detail oriented and excellent verbal and written communication skills - and at all stages of technical/design experience Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a variety of people and departments The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
