We are just beginning to build our Technical Support team and are looking for new colleagues who can help us improve our infrastructure monitoring and incident management processes. The Technical Support team is responsible for monitoring and supporting the infrastructure. We collaborate closely with the DevOps team and other technical teams to ensure stable operations and rapid resolution of incidents.
In this role, you'll also be involved in investigating complex technical issues reported by our customer support managers, who handle incoming gamers' requests. It's important to be able to conduct a preliminary investigation of the report and delegate further actions as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Work with k8s and Prometheus stack.
24/7 network and infrastructure monitoring.
Keeping up-to-date project related runbooks.
Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
Work closely with DevOps to quickly resolve incidents.
Identify and address technical issues that may affect our users, and escalate them to the development team.
0-2 year of experience in Technical Support in complex technical solutions;
Experience with Prometheus stack (Grafana, AlertManager)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
Incident & problem management experience;
Ability to read system logs and analyse them;
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
Strong Linux skills.
Experience with GCP, AWS or other cloud services;
Experience in Game development domain;
Knowledge of English to communicate with international teams and read technical documentation.
