What You'll Do

• Assist with creating and managing digital ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other platforms.
• Learn how to track and analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
• Work with our creative team to develop ad content that drives results.
• Support with client reports and updates on campaign progress.
• Learn how to use and manage our CRM system to track leads, campaigns, and communication history.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and ad platform updates.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable transportation to our office and occasional client sites.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and basic online tools.
• Active interest in social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn - no experience required, we'll train you!
