Position Overview- Join Our Fast-Paced, Creative Team
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO with administrative tasks and contribute to the company’s marketing initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity for a marketing-savvy professional or recent marketing graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, multi-million-dollar digital advertising agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CEO emails, calendars, travel, meetings, and projects
• Conduct research, assist with execution, and coordinate interviews with professionals and leaders in the digital marketing and advertising industry
• Support planning and coordination of industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities
• Assist the CEO in content development and social engagement initiatives
• Assist the marketing team with content creation for podcasts, social media, and campaigns
• Support and optimize sales and marketing activities within HubSpot
• Participate in AI training and use new tools to improve efficiency and performance

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
• High proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite)
• Knowledge of HubSpot is an asset
• Background in marketing or recent marketing graduate preferred
• Experience in using AI platforms and workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive demeanour with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
