Position: Cleanroom Medical Device Assembler

Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00 per hour (weekly pay)

Shift:

• Training: 6am - 2:30pm (Monday-Friday)
• Post-training: Flexible shifts: 5am - 1:30pm or 7am - 3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Role Overview:

• Assemble small circuit boards and capacitors onto medical stents and catheters in a clean room.
• Work under a microscope using tweezers and hand tools.
• Focus on catheter shafts and sub-assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand assembly and soldering of medical devices under a microscope.
• Assemble and test electromechanical assemblies.
• Perform light equipment maintenance (e.g., braiders, compressors).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred: 1+ years of clean room, microscope work, and soldering experience.
• Open to candidates with minimal medical assembly or small component assembly experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Cleanroom soldering experience with IPC certification.
• Must read and comprehend English.

Work Environment:

• 1000-level clean room with climate control and gowning requirements.
• Start-up medical device company specializing in MRI-compatible catheters.
• Soldering certification is a plus.
• Light equipment maintenance tasks included.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
