We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Member Care Agent, remotely.
Role Commitments:
Team members will answer incoming calls, chats & emails from those who have purchased our fitness products. Helping our members to resolve issues, answer questions, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and technical situations. Support, assist, and train candidates on phone, system of record, software and products. Agents will be required to consistently maintain and manage to meet KPIs, as well as maintaining attendance standards. Agents must pass training curriculum and knowledge based certification.
