Job Order: Picker / Packer – 1st & 2nd Shifts Position Title: Picker / Packer Department: Warehouse / Distribution Location: Plainfield, IN. Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Shift Lead Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Temporary Shifts:

1. st Shift: [e.g., 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 5:30am - 2:00PM Monday to Friday] (Also available shifts: 2-2-3 schedule 6:30am - 5:00PM Monday - Friday)
2. nd Shift: [e.g., 2:00PM - 10:30PM, Monday to Friday] (Also available shifts: 2-2-3 schedule 6:00PM - 2:30AM Monday - Friday)

(Weekend overtime may be required based on business needs.) Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking orders accurately and efficiently, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick products according to order sheets. Pack items securely in boxes with appropriate labeling. Verify product quantities and quality before shipping. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times. Report any inventory discrepancies to supervisors. Operate RF scanners and pallet jacks (if applicable). Assist in restocking shelves and general warehouse duties. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work assigned shift and overtime as needed. Must be able to read and understand English instructions.
