Job Description

Land Rover Santa Monica is currently seeking a Receptionist/Greeter. The Receptionist is the first contact to greet guests by phone and in person. The Receptionist will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system, greet guests in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner, and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer a multi-line telephone system, determine caller needs, and route to the appropriate department.
• Greet guests, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort.
• Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process.
• Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment.
• Be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
• Have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Be punctual with solid time-management skills.
• Possess a High School Diploma.
• Be authorized to work in the USA.
• Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• Be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug tests, and possess a valid drivers license.

(The Receptionist position has a pay scale with base hourly wages ranging from $15.50 to $21.05.)
