Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to represent AT&T in larger retail locations. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for building relationships, meeting sales goals, and enhancing the customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you’ll be the face of AT&T, helping drive brand awareness, increase sales, and provide customers with personalized solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Represent AT&T in various retail locations, driving brand visibility and sales.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend AT&T products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied and informed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience , preferably in retail, sales, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—ability to engage with diverse customer bases.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for driving sales.
• Ability to work independently while also being a part of a collaborative team.
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within the company.
