Description We are looking for a Service Designer to join our team in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing user satisfaction by conducting research, analyzing user behavior, and implementing creative solutions. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone passionate about delivering impactful digital experiences within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: User Research (Cross Collaboration) Journey Mapping Service Blueprinting Prototyping & Testing Requirements - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver. - Experience with A/B testing and analysis. - Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of front-end technologies including Ajax and CSS. - Familiarity with API development and integration. - Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and feedback. - Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira for project management. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
