In this role, you’ll serve as the connection point between our audience and our brand — leading brand expression across platforms, executing strategic content, and identifying opportunities to elevate visibility, engagement, and impact. What You’ll Be Doing

Social Media Strategy Development & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients, tailored to their business goals and target audience.
• Lead the creation of high-impact content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), ensuring alignment with the client’s brand values.
• Collaborate across marketing teams to craft and execute campaigns that elevate client visibility and engagement.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms.

Social Media Analytics & Optimization

• Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better engagement and reach.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.
• Utilize data insights to inform content adjustments, ensuring campaigns remain effective and relevant.

Brand Voice & Community Engagement

• Act as the voice of the brand across social platforms, ensuring all interactions are on-brand, consistent, and engaging.
• Manage and foster relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to amplify brand presence.
• Oversee community engagement, responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.

Campaign Management & Collaboration

• Oversee the execution of paid social media campaigns, including budget management, ad creatives, and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Lead the coordination of brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and cross-platform campaigns to maximize client impact.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.) and best practices.
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Rella, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or design collaboration tools
• Strong creative eye for visuals and design, with a focus on innovative and trend-driven content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns.
• Proven ability to grow social media communities and drive engagement.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
