Monmouth Jewelers is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. Located in the heart of Monmouth, our jewelry store specializes in exquisite pieces that reflect elegance and sophistication.
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive sales. We are looking for someone who has a strong passion for social media, a creative eye, and a keen sense of jewelry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy in line with the company's marketing goals and objectives
- Manage all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest
- Create engaging and visually appealing content (including graphics, photos, and videos) as per our brand guidelines
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including collaborations with influencers and brand partnerships
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with jewelry and fashion trends
- Use analytics tools to track and report on key social media metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and implement best practices
- Help develop and maintain customer relationships through social media interactions and online community management
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure social media activities align with overall marketing plans and initiatives
- Monitor and report on competitor's social media activities and provide recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or jewelry industry
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative eye for visuals and ability to create engaging content
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for jewelry and fashion trends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of SEO and experience with SEO tools is a plus
