You will work on complex issues related to International Shipment Management, Customs Compliance, Shipment Tracking, Seller & Shipper Identity, Financial Automation, and Small Parcel Consolidation/De-consolidation, focusing on cost-effective, reliable, and high-quality international shipping solutions. Key job responsibilities As a senior Front-End Engineer, you will lead software development teams, collaborating across teams to deliver comprehensive software systems from design to maintenance. You will engage stakeholders to refine processes, prioritize user experience, and develop scalable solutions. Your expertise in front-end engineering will cover rendering, performance, accessibility, security, and compatibility. You will ensure contributions align with overarching goals and meet quality standards, setting coding benchmarks and guiding others. You will navigate complex problems with evolving technology, prioritize long-term solutions, facilitate collaboration between design, engineering, and product teams, and explore non-technical solutions. Promoting operational excellence, inclusive communication, mentorship, and continuous growth within your team will be key aspects of your role.
