CNC Operator

Location: Fresno, CA

Pay: $20$22/hour (DOE)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM

Overtime: Some Saturdays as needed

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join a manufacturing team in the Fresno area. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on CNC experience who takes pride in quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines according to work orders and specifications
• Load materials and monitor machine operations during production
• Perform basic machine adjustments and offsets as needed
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Communicate production issues or concerns with supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation experience
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work occasional Saturdays
