Position Overview:

The Associate Wealth Advisor position will be responsible for serving, engaging, and retaining existing clients, as well as onboarding new clients. You will provide wealth management and financial planning to our clients while cultivating new relationships.  

FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 required for this position. CFP preferred.   

Compensation range for this position is $140-175k and will depend on qualifications and relevant experience.   

Position Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to discuss their financial needs and goals.  
• Listening to our clients’ needs to determine options that align with their financial situations.  
• Designing future-focused financial plans that incorporate investment, estate, tax, philanthropic, and risk planning.  
• Increasing our clients’ confidence in their financial decisions through their relationship with our firm.  
• Building in-depth knowledge of our product and service offering to clearly present options to prospective and existing clients.  
• Understanding our ideal clients and how they both use and interact with our offerings.  
• Generating new client relationships through lead follow-up, referrals, personal relationships, and strengthening relationships with our existing clients.  
• Promoting the organization and its offerings both internally and externally. 

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a client facing role required.  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Planning.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
• FINRA Series 7, Series 66 required. CFP® Professionals or progress toward preferred.  

Skills & Knowledge  

• Ability to work on a team while also taking individual accountability for the success of your role.  
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid office-WFH environment.  
• Previous experience with high net worth or ultra-high net worth clients/families is preferred. 
• Understanding of wealth management including fee-based consulting, portfolio construction, insurance and financial planning. 
• Experience utilizing eMoney financial planning software. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a high-energy environment to manage multiple priorities. 
• Eager learner. 
• Adept at using technology to perform job functions more efficiently. 
• Highly effective interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills. 

Compensation:

• Compensation range for this position is $125-160k and will depend on qualifications and relevant experience.  
• Package will include salary, benefits, 401(k) with Matching Contribution, and the potential for incentive compensation based on your personal goal achievement.  
• Sponsorship to become a CFP® Professional.

The position includes a comprehensive compensation package:

• Base salary
• Potential for performance-based pay
