Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the safety, comfort, and overall appearance of our hotel for both guests and staff. Position SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep throughout the hotel. This includes guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This is a full-time position with required on-call availability to respond to maintenance needs as they arise.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and on-call emergencies
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order
Inspect rooms and common areas for safety hazards or needed repairs
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs
Assist with seasonal and special projects as needed
Follow all safety guidelines and hotel standards
Prior maintenance experience preferred (hotel or hospitality experience a plus)
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
Must be dependable and able to work on-call as scheduled
$300 Hiring Bonus
$150 paid after 90 days of employment
