Job Description
You will collaborating with the R&D team on a variety of challenging projects, ensuring accurate completion of tasks according to specifications and within defined timelines. This role involves the assembly of catheter components, including stringing, reflow, liner stretching, coiling, braiding, skiving, annealing, terminating braid coils, load extrusions, visual inspection, and final packaging.
Responsibilities
Assemble catheter components using small hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes.
Work on complex catheter builds that may involve up to 17 different stages.
Learn and adapt to different product lines and assemblies as needed.
Read, understand, and follow SOPs, GDPs, and safety procedures.
Perform manual/hand assembly tasks, including braiding and stretching catheters.
Conduct visual inspections and final packaging of products.
Essential Skills
1-3+ years of experience in medical assembly and catheter assemblies.
1-3+ years of experience using a microscope.
1-3+ years of experience using basic hand tools, such as tweezers, cutters, and pliers.
Proficiency in braiding processes, annealing, and reflow.
Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs and GDPs.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and be cross-trained.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
