Sales Representative - High-Income, High-Growth Opportunity (Great for Driven Students & Early Career Pros!)

Join the Allstar Home Services team as a Sales Representative in Greater Des Moines, IA , where you'll help homeowners improve or restore their properties after storms or general wear - and get paid exceptionally well to do it.

You'll meet face-to-face with homeowners, guide them through inspections, insurance claims (when applicable), and help them select the right solutions to protect or upgrade their homes. Whether you're a natural communicator or just getting started, we'll train you , support you , and make sure you're working with a team that's there for you every step of the way .

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform exterior home inspections (roofing, siding, etc.)
• Identify potential issues from storm damage or aging materials
• Educate homeowners about their options and the restoration process
• Assist with insurance claims when applicable (we'll show you how)
• Help clients select materials and solutions
• Close deals and oversee projects from start to finish
• Manage leads and follow up to build your customer base
